What is POINTS REWARDS PLUS?

POINTS REWARDS PLUS is a video gaming themed customer-engagement program that offers great rewards when you buy your favorite groceries and other products only at Kroger Co. stores. Rewards include FREE product coupons, gaming downloadable content, gaming gift cards and more! The POINTS REWARDS PLUS program runs through December 31, 2022 with new rewards constantly added and participating products changing frequently. There is a short break from July 1- August 16, 2022; see listing of Qualifying Periods below or in the Official Rules.

Who can participate?

POINTS REWARDS PLUS is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of participation and have a valid form of government-issued identification from their U.S. state of residence and have a valid Plus Card.

POINTS REWARDS PLUS is for personal use only and only one account per individual. POINTS REWARDS PLUS is for non-commercial use only. POINTS REWARDS PLUS pin code(s), points and/or rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable and have no cash value. If there is a question over who submitted the pin code(s) Sponsor reserves the right to deem pin code(s) were submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of submission.

Is there a cost to join the Rewards program?

No. All you need is to have a valid Plus Card to participate. If a customer does not have a Plus Card account, click here to create one: www.kroger.com/account/create.

How do I get Rewards? What are Rewards Points?

It’s easy. When you buy participating partners’ products during the Qualifying Periods at your favorite Kroger Co. store or online at Kroger.com using your Plus Card, your purchases accumulate automatically. Once you reach a $30 level of purchasing participating products with the Plus Card during a Qualifying Period, you’ll receive one pin code via printout at checkout or email. Once a customer signs into their individual Member account on the POINTS REWARDS PLUS website (www.pointsrewardsplus.com), they can enter the pin code to claim their Points and redeem for gamer-favorite Rewards at www.pointsrewardsplus.com/rewards.

How do I earn POINTS REWARDS PLUS POINTS?

Once you spend $30 on participating products at your local Kroger Co. store and/or Kroger online using your Plus Card during each Qualifying Period, you will receive a printout at checkout. Each printout has one unique, non-transferable, non-assignable, one-time use pin code number worth 1,000 Points.

For customers who participate in the POINTS REWARDS PLUS program between February 16 – March 1, 2022 at your local Kroger Co. store and/or Kroger online, any earned pin codes will be printed out in Kroger Co. stores on customers’ next in-store shopping trip on/after March 2, 2022.

After April 30, 2022 (approximately), once you spend $30 on participating products at your local Kroger Co. store and/or Kroger online using your Plus Card during each Qualifying Period, you will receive a printout at checkout or email. Please make sure you check your spam or junk mail to insure you are getting the pin code emails! Each printout has one unique, non-transferable, non-assignable, one-time use pin code number worth 1,000 Points.

To earn your Points, a customer needs to set up their individual POINTS REWARDS PLUS Members’ account on the POINTS REWARDS PLUS website (www.pointsrewardsplus.com), then enter the pin code to claim your Points and redeem for gamer-favorite rewards at www.pointsrewardsplus.com/rewards.

Do pin codes expire?

Yes, all pin codes expire 30 days from date of print. You can find more details in the Official Rules.

Once you enter your pin code into your individual Members’ account on POINTS REWARDS PLUS website, you can use your Points to redeem for Rewards all the way through January 31, 2023. Any remaining balance of Points in all Members’ accounts as of February 1, 2023 will be voided and account balance is zero.

Can I give my pin codes to others? Or can I redeem for cash?

No. Pin codes (as well as Points and Rewards) are non-transferable and non-assignable. POINTS REWARDS PLUS is for individuals only, not groups or commercial accounts. Neither pin codes, points nor rewards have cash value.

What is the timing of the POINTS REWARDS PLUS program? When can I earn Points, get Rewards, etc.?

POINTS REWARDS PLUS goes through the end of December 2022, with the year broken out in eight (8) separate Qualifying Periods (“QP”) that customers can purchase Qualifying Partners’ Products and earn potential Points:

  • QP #1: February 16 - March 31, 2022;
  • QP #2: April 1 - April 30, 2022;
  • QP #3: May 1 - May 31, 2022;
  • QP #4: June 1 - June 30, 2022;
  • QP #5: August 17 - September 30, 2022;
  • QP #6: October 1 - October 31, 2022;
  • QP #7: November 1 - November 30, 2022; and
  • QP #8: December 1 - December 31, 2022.

To earn a pin code, the qualifying $30 purchase of participating products must be made in a Qualifying Period as defined above. There is no carry-over of purchases to the following qualifying period

Earning of all pin codes ends December 31, 2022 – yet customers can still deposit pin codes into their individual POINTS REWARDS PLUS Members’ account and redeem for Rewards through January 31, 2023.

How do I redeem my POINTS REWARDS PLUS POINTS?

You can visit www.pointsrewardsplus.com to see a list of all current rewards. The number of Points needed to secure a specific Reward varies. Also, the assortment of Rewards will keep on changing, so make sure you visit the Rewards site often!

If your POINTS REWARDS PLUS balance allows, you can select a Reward that you have enough Points for and redeem it. Click the reward you want and select “Redeem.” Follow the instructions to claim your reward! The required Points for the Reward you selected will be deducted immediately from your account balance.

Can I turn back in my Reward and reclaim Points?

No, all Points redemptions for items are final. Points will not be refunded or placed back in a Member’s quantity of redeemable Points for any reason after redemption of Points.

What products qualify for the Buy $30, Get Rewards?

The participating products change frequently, and some may not be always available in all stores. For the most up to date list of participating products go to www.pointsrewardsplus.com/products.

What if I spend $60 or even $90 on participating products in one trip to Kroger using my Plus card… do I get multiple pin codes?

Yes! Every time you reach the $30 level of participating partners’ products during the promotional period you get a pin code – which could mean you get 2 or 3 on one trip! Each pin code is printed on a separate printout or sent via email.

I was saving Rewards Points up for a specific reward, but I don’t see it anymore. Where did it go?

Although some rewards are constant during the POINTS REWARDS PLUS program, many have limited availability and will be extremely popular and in demand! If there is a Reward you really want, we encourage you to collect the needed Points as quickly as possible. Don’t worry, we’ll be rotating and replacing Rewards throughout the year! For more details on each Reward and a current list of available Rewards, log in and visit go to www.pointsrewardsplus.com/rewards.

Is there a limit to how many POINTS REWARDS PLUS Rewards I can redeem?

Yes, two (2) per week. Members can redeem a maximum of two (2) rewards per week regardless of how many Points required to get the reward.

How can I track my POINTS REWARDS PLUS progress and account balance?

First, on the bottom of your receipt, there will be a dollar amount that lets you know how much you’ve spent during that Qualifying Period on participating products. This way, you’ll know how close you are to spending the required $30 this Period and receiving a pin code!

Second, at any time Members can go to their individual account at www.pointsrewardsplus.com and see their account balance. It may take up to 48 hours from the time you entered your pin code until the time you see Points appear in your account. Once a Member’s Points are successfully posted, Member will receive a notification confirming whether submission has been successfully validated or a reason why such submission could not be processed at such time.

How do I get my FREE product coupon?

It’s easy! Once you click on the FREE product you want and follow all the required steps, including having the necessary number of points for the Free product you selected, the FREE product coupon will be immediately clipped to your account. Your clipped coupon is available through your digital account in the “Coupons Clipped” section for use at participating Kroger Co. stores. Act fast as the expiration on all FREE product coupons is two weeks from the date it appears in your digital account!

Which Kroger Co. banner stores are participating in POINTS REWARDS PLUS?

Kroger, Baker’s, City Market, Copps, Dillons, Foods Co., Fred Meyer, Fry’s Food and Drug, Gerbes, JayC, King Soopers, Metro Market, Owen’s, Pay-Less Supermarkets, Pick ‘n Save, QFC, Ralphs, Ruler Foods and Smith’s Food and Drug are all participating banner brand stores where you can shop to earn Points. Plus, you can shop online at www.kroger.com and each banners’ site!
